South East Water - Emergency Road Closure - Ashford Road, Faversham - 20th September 2026 (Swale)

It will be necessary to close Ashford Road, Faversham from 20th September 2026 for up to 5 days.

The road will be closed at the Scouts Activity Centre, Ashford Road, Sheldwich.

The alternative route is via Newhouse Lane, Winding Hill, Hogbens Hill, Selling Street, Selling Road, A2 Canterbury Road, A251 Ashford Road, Newhouse Lane and vice versa.

This is to enable burst water main repairs to be carried out by South East Water.

Enclosed is a copy of the Traffic Notice in confirmation of this.
